Welcome to New Horizons – a boutique psychology clinic dedicated to supporting children, teens, adults, and families. At New Horizons, we understand how challenging it can be to watch a young person struggle — whether it’s with learning, behavior, emotional health, or family relationships. We also provide therapy for parents, parent coaching and individualized virtual adult therapy. We’re here to help. Our team provides personalized, evidence-based assessments and counselling, thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s unique needs. We take a holistic approach, working not just with the client, but in partnership with families, educators, and other care providers when needed. With compassion, clarity, and deep expertise, we aim to uncover root challenges, build resilience, and help young people thrive — at home, at school, and within themselves.
Let’s work together, you are not alone.
